Banque Richelieu France was delighted to host the 4th APPIFI roundtable discussions, which focused on trusts.

The event brought together trustees, law professors, notaries, attorneys, and, more broadly, all stakeholders in the sector.

After Aurélie Tristant, a member of the Executive Board, welcomed the guests, the program proceeded with four themes:

1. The valuation of trust rights
2. Insufficient trust assets and the purpose of the trust
3. Management of trust assets
4. The trust’s bank account
